Sam Callahan is my favorite kind of hero: a man trying hard to disappear. Five years after the CIA was dismantled and privatized, the former analyst fixes engines in a sleepy small town and keeps his head down. Then rogue operatives show up and drag him back into the shadows, and a hidden failsafe threatens to restart a global control grid. What really got me was Sam's battle with himself. He craves anonymity, but his sense of duty won't let him look away. Smart, tense, and full of heart. I finished it in two nights.

Another 5 star book. The action and suspense keeps my attention and keeps me wanting to read more. The plot twist in the end was not expected. A must read! I can't wait to read his next book Catacomb Network to see what plot twists this book has.
